The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Source, screen, and recruit top talent for a wide diversity of positions. Primary focus will be in the Technology space but not limited to Corporate, R&D, Sales & Manufacturing
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract passive candidates, including social media, networking, referrals, job boards, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs.
  • Conducting regular stakeholder meetings to educate on recruiting best practices, market data, including execution on recruiting processes and tools
  • Driving operational efficiencies in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND eight (8) years of combined recruitment experience across Corporate, Agency, or RPO

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND twelve (12) years of combined recruitment experience across Corporate, Agency, or RPO

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Proven experience within Technical recruitment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Ten (10) years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven experience using Workday Recruiting platform
  • Stakeholder management and engagement
  • An understanding of diversity recruiting, compliance practices and applicable Federal and State laws including OFCCP, EEO, ADA and Affirmative Action
  • Experience sourcing using multiple strategies to create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner resulting in successful hires
  • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Operate with a high degree of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships at all levels
  • Experience working with HR colleagues involving a variety of HR initiatives
  • Ability to learn new markets to identify appropriate talent
  • Experience building and maintaining candidate networks through market research and on-going relationship management

Work location: Remote - United States of America or Canada

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
