About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to guide how Rula grows. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Health Plans and Partnerships teams to shape growth strategy, evaluate trade-offs, and drive strategic trade-offs using unit economics, financial modeling, and data analysis, within a complex healthcare services marketplace. You’ll be responsible to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, while balancing short-term efficiency with long-term impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, navigating ambiguity, and shaping strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles
Demonstrated track record of informing growth or go-to-market strategies through quantitative financial analysis.
Deep understanding of key unit economics metrics, including LTV, CAC, payback periods, and cohort analyses.
Experience building, owning, and maintaining scenario-based top-line forecasts.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience building granular financial models to ingest and analyze complex datasets (e.g., using SQL, BI platforms, or advanced analytical tools).
Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-finance partners.
Experience partnering cross-functionally to evaluate trade-offs, test strategic assumptions, and drive operational accountability across teams.

Background in a high-growth or scaling company
Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private equity, or Consulting
