Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design across software and data delivery projects.
- Coordinate technical and business discussions regarding future architecture direction across products and domains.
- Analyze current versus future state, develop architecture roadmaps, and create implementation plans.
- Review and define architectural requirements at domain and portfolio level.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to support project development and operational improvements.
- Design, validate, and audit solutions from concept to system acceptance.
- Express complex architecture through modeling tools and structured documentation.
- Client Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Provide strategic and technical guidance to clients in Norway and abroad.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leadership, and business data teams.
- Support long-term adoption of delivered solutions and ensure operational responsibility and support agreements are in place.
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to translate customer needs into product and service offerings.
- Support early-stage customer interactions, guide clients through solution options, and help integrate new solutions with their existing technology landscape.
- Coach and collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customer personnel.
Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM field.
- Significant experience as a Senior Solution Architect, or extensive professional experience in software engineering with progression into architecture roles.
- Solid knowledge of the electricity industry and emerging energy trends (must-have for this role).
- Strong ability to analyze, design, and align technical solutions with business outcomes at enterprise level.
- Experience ensuring operational stability across solution life cycles, including planning, implementation, and decommissioning.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving skills, and change management capabilities.
- Good knowledge of English, Swedish and Norwegian languages
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate organizational structures and stakeholder landscapes.
