Job Summary
Responsible for the implementation and trafficking of 360 Integrated Marketing Communication campaigns for Marketing Execution Team. Works closely with the Marketing Communication Planning leads and IMC leads to track and implement IMC campaigns across all creative agencies. Tracks and helps execute plans for all large-scale programs developed by the HQ advertising and media agencies.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Assists with collaborating across the Marketing Communications team, Marcom Planning Team, creative and media agencies.
- Acts as a liaison to Marcom Planning, regularly connecting & working to implement media and messaging plans to strategy.
- Helps to manage relationships across key partners, ensuring all plans are seamlessly executed accurately and on time.
- Tracks all creative assets to help Marcom Planning team plan and assist with creative recommendations and solutions based on landscape, competitive pressures and data insights.
- Maintains and helps to build PORs and media calendars, including detailed quarterly overviews and weekly creative snapshots.
- Manages all creatives request matrices, keeping the detail of all requests related to IMC Campaigns, for new and existing campaigns for BAU plans, Promotions, Multicultural, Sports, Competitive and Xfinity Mobile.
- Responsible for the delivery of all campaign tactics including ISCI codes, nomenclature, media files and order instructions.
- Assists with digital trafficking, helping to setup and initiate traffic for all digital tactics including OLV, OLA, Display, Mobile and more across both GM and Multicultural Meda.
- Works with media agency to QA final build and traffic all paid social assets across GM and Multicultural Media.
- Assists in preparing and delivering all digital performance results with creative strategy recommendations monthly, quarterly and as needed.
- Communicates project requirements and coordinates with external vendors to assure project completion.
- Coordinates multiple priorities while meeting simultaneous deadlines.
- Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $68,248.37 - $112,609.81Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
