Job Summary

*Please note, this position requires in-office presence 4 days per week, with the option to work remotely 1 day per week. Relocation assistance is not available and the selected candidate must be based in the Saint Paul, MN regional office.
Responsible for administering sales reports and client activity for Product Sales Support team. Provides analytical and statistical support and prepares standard sales forecasts, budgets, projections and other management reports. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Develops and manages sales reporting to provide adequate data and analysis for teams use, as well as strategic data and analysis for management.
  • Coordinates maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommendation of system changes.
  • Generates project financial estimates using in-house tools and programs.
  • Generates monthly, quarterly and annual reports of Sales Team sales performance.
  • Captures and updates required and ad-hoc reporting materials to provide management customized reports.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, policies, and procedures (Salesforce & SFA Reporting, Google Looker, Microsoft Suite of products (Excel (formulas), PP etc) & mySource)
  • Build, manage, and maintain cross-functional Liaison relationships.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $68,383.88 - $102,575.82

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Bachelor's Degree
