Given the team's broad purview, Product Solutions Engineers must frequently communicate with customers and partners to devise solutions for complex problems. Product Solutions Engineers are expected to draw upon their expertise and creativity to ensure the success of FreeWheel's most demanding client initiatives by addressing novel requirements and uses cases in close collaboration with the Services organization, Product Management, Revenue, Partnerships, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle processes. Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert and primary technical liaison across Product, Engineering, and Account teams, advising on product usage, gaps, and technical needs.
- Design and implement technical solutions for client and partner projects, while including feasibility assessments and defining high-level requirements.
- Support product development through defining clear requirements, backlog prioritization, testing validation, and ensuring go-to-market readiness.
- Enable successful deployment through preparing serviceability documentation for scale, and ensuring internal teams have monitoring mechanisms to resolve technical issues
- Prepare and provide advanced trainings to internal teams, clients, and partners associated with product focus areas
Qualifications:
- Experience in online advertising, internet marketing, or TV/video AdTech in a client-facing capacity.
- Proven success designing, deploying, and supporting scalable solutions with 3rd party technology vendors.
- Strong technical foundation across IAB standards (VAST, OpenRTB, Privacy frameworks), SQL/cURL, web technologies (HTTP, HTML5, XML), RESTful APIs, OOP languages (JS, Python), and data visualization tools (Kibana, Grafana, Loki).
- Demonstrated strength in client communication, software implementation, systems integration, and analyzing large datasets to guide decisions.
- Ability to evaluate client requirements, drive enterprise-level solution strategies, and manage largescale projects with strong collaboration and attention to detail.
