The Senior Solution Success Consultant - Enterprise Projects & Escalation is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and sustained performance of IDeaS' solutions across complex enterprise client engagements. This role focuses on strategic support for enterprise clients, managing escalations, driving solution adoption and working on specifically assigned projects. The consultant acts as a key liaison between Enterprise Project Management, Enterprise Support, Product, and Service Delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

The consultant acts as a key liaison between Enterprise Project Management, Enterprise Support, Product, and Service Delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
What you'll be doing...
- Act as the client-facing escalation point for and own enterprise client issues during implementation and post-deployment, driving resolution through cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Project Management, Enterprise Support, Product, and Service Delivery teams to, showing leadership as a Subject Matter Expert in complex client escalations and client projects.
- Drive solution adoption by working with Enterprise Support teams to address barriers or adoption blockers, align stakeholders, and reinforcinge value.
- Support specifically assigned enterprise initiatives, contributing subject matter expertise and executional leadership.
- Participate in pre-sales and discovery efforts for new projects for enterprise clients beyond the initial sale, offering insights into solution feasibility and risk mitigation.
- Monitor solution performance and client feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the evolution of enterprise support and project management delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices based on field experience and client outcomes.
- Represent the Solution Success function in enterprise-level client quarterly business review meetings, briefings, internal planning sessions, and strategic forums.
- Support Enterprise Teams and clients in the development of Statements of work for key client projects.
- Steward items in Statements of Work supported, through the custom development process end-to-end, ensuring successful requirement gathering through implementation.
- Provide direct and actionable, commercial consultative client guidance to key enterprise clients at the executive level, framed in making IDeaS' products successful.
- Maintain deep knowledge of IDeaS products, industry trends, and enterprise client needs to inform solution strategies.
- Support international enterprise engagements and adapt strategies to regional and cultural contexts.
What you'll bring to us...
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, distribution, or revenue management software (or other similar complex SaaS software), with a focus on enterprise client engagement and solution delivery.
- Proven expertise in managing complex client projects and resolving escalated issues.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, strategic thinking, and a consultative approach to client success.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required up to 60% of working days.
- Preferred - strong understanding of PMS, CRS, Channel Management, and hotel distribution systems
