The Sr. Salesforce Administrator maintains CRM workflows, supports loan application processes, troubleshoots system issues, and manages user roles and permissions.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining day-to-day operations, supporting the loan application process, and ensuring the integrity and optimization of CRM workflows. You’ll be part of a small but highly effective Salesforce team, working closely with developers, QA staff, and business users to troubleshoot issues, configure workflows, create reports, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide user support and assist with troubleshooting system issues.
- Maintain and create support documentation for internal use.
- Support the management of security levels, roles, profiles, and permissions within Salesforce.
- Assist team members with QA testing and ensure the quality of updates.
- Handle tickets related to system issues and escalate unresolved issues to management.
- Help manage Salesforce roles and profiles, ensuring users are appropriately provisioned and supported.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, or a combination of development experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Familiarity with languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with systems like Jira, Confluence, Cirrus Insight, FormAssembly, Gearset, Nintex, Skuid, and Talkdesk.
- Experience providing support to users and assisting with troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry, real estate transactions, or financial products.
