- Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, margin analysis, and planning alignment.
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for quarterly and annual planning cycles and business reviews.
- Ensure model and data integrity through clear documentation of logic, assumptions, and methodologies.

- Monitor and report on core operational metrics (bookings, backlog, capacity).
- Develop variance analysis frameworks and lead ad-hoc analytical deep dives.
- Identify risks and refine forecasting assumptions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain documentation of all model logic and methodologies.
- Own data quality and reporting accuracy; identify gaps and drive improvements.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:

- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of Services business metrics (Bookings, Backlog, Revenue) and services economics (capacity, utilization)
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate quantitative concepts and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to executive leadership and technical stakeholders
