Our goal is to provide the best customer service and quality products in the automotive industry through our Paint & Collision, Repair & Maintenance, Quick Lube, Glass and Distribution verticals. Driven Brand’s Fleet group is looking for a Driven Senior Account Manager, Fleet Management Companies (FMC) who wants to make a difference!
Reporting to the Director, Fleet Program Management and supporting our Fleet segment, this role is responsible for expanding sales to existing customers, exploring new sales opportunities, new program integrations, client service escalations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure best in class service delivery to our customers.
How you’ll Make a Difference:Work with the Customer Experience team to assist with timely follow up and resolution on servicing issues for all brands including MAACO, CARSTAR, FIX AUTO, ABRA, MEINEKE, TAKE 5, and AUTO GLASS NOW
Work with the Customer Experience team and finance team as necessary to ensure any warranty related claims are paid on a timely basis
Work with all necessary internal teams to assist with integration for any new clients or program additions
Ensure all internal client directives are updated and accurate
Assist with entering any new business opportunities into our internal CRM system
Assist Director with researching areas where current centers may have opportunities and encourage the center to apply to customer programs
Follow up with centers to ensure that they have properly completed their enrollment applications
Research centers that experienced a drop in business with our customers to help ascertain root cause and assist in getting those centers reactivated
Attend meetings with customers virtually and in-person as necessary to build relationships and ascertain client needs
Work with Vertical Director to create value-added programs tailored to our FMC partner’s needs
Investigate and qualify new sales opportunities as business evolves
Travel 25%
Documented sales/leadership skills.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written; ability to interact in various social situations.
Proactive thinker that can turn ideas into results.
Ability to simplify tasks in order to achieve growth oriented results.
Strong organizational & leadership skills
Auto industry experience on the operations/sales/fleet/rental car side preferred but not mandatory.
