Job Summary
We're seeking a dynamic, strategic, and entrepreneurial sales director to spearhead growth across the Midwest and Northwest territories for our programmatic platform, Buyer Cloud. This is a high-impact role where you'll own the region, drive new business, and deepen relationships with independent agencies. Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Drive New Business: Prospect, pitch, and close net-new platform opportunities with independent agencies and programmatic teams.
  • Territory Leadership: Build and expand our presence across Midwest and Northwest markets, creating a tailored growth strategy for these regions.
  • Strategic Account Growth: Develop strategic account plans that increase platform adoption and deepen client engagement.
  • Client Consultation: Translate client objectives into actionable programmatic strategies leveraging our DSP and data solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate executive-level relationships within independent agencies to become a trusted advisor.
  • Platform Evangelism: Deliver compelling demos and thought leadership that showcase our technology's unique value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across Comcast + Freewheel with product, marketing, legal, and account management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive platforms to inform strategy and positioning.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Experienced Seller: 5-7 years in digital media sales, with at least 3+ years selling DSP/programmatic platforms directly to agencies.
  • Connected: Strong relationships within Midwest and Northwest independent agency networks.
  • Hunter Mentality: Proven track record of driving new business and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to influence decision-makers and lead complex deal cycles.
  • Industry Expert: Deep understanding of programmatic sales and CTV.
  • Entrepreneurial: Resourceful, innovative, and passionate about building something from the ground up.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Skilled in storytelling, presentations, and relationship management.
  • Sales-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Education: BA/BS degree required.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $166,980.37 - $250,470.55
Additional Range: This job can be performed in Colorado, and Illinois with a Pay Range of $146,107.82 - $250,470.55
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Targeted Commission: $145,000.00
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
