Job Description
Position Summary: Working closely with the Commercial Operations Team, we will form an integral part of the department. Primary responsibilities involve managing administrative functions for the Commercial team, coordinating critical client meetings, providing event support, handling travel arrangements, and addressing customer or partner concerns. You will support our Biopharma Commercial team with two leaders (Strategic and Growth) and work with clients ranging from $50M - $300M in annual revenue to ensure appropriate purchase order management for revenue recognition and timely payment. You will also act as a liaison for engagement with the overall CTD Commercial Leadership team.Responsibilities:
- Client Meeting organization (Business Defense, MBRs, QBRs, JOCs) - Support client visit arrangements at all CTD sites (room bookings, catering, security, transport).
- Lead and prioritize client visitation schedules for ELT leadership attendance to minimize travel
- Coordination and formatting of presentations for sales team (collation of slides and standardization of formatting according to Corporate standards).
- Schedule and lead follow ups for client engagements, with slide deck coordiation collaborating across Thermo Fisher organization; making action logs which will drive team activity and improvements moving forward
- Territory Review Meeting organization (3 x p.a., typically April, July, October). Activity typically starts approximately 6 – 8 weeks prior to event and concludes one week after the event.
- Working with site administration teams for CTD travel for logistics / transport / travel.
- On-boarding of new hires inclusive of maintenance of new hire On-boarding Plan template (refreshing as required with new requirements, contact persons, etc)
- Oversight and maintenance of the Strategic and Growth Biopharma Teams site and Sharepoint, to include upload and archiving of documentation.
- Lead weekly SFDC reports for team (Pipeline and Overdue Opportunity) and communicate to Strategic Biopharma team, ensuring the data hygeine of SFDC is up to date for forecasting purposes
- Execution of Purchase Order process with our most strategic accounts inclusive of one that drives $300M+ of revenue for the organization.
- EIS Score Improvements: Collate, publish and maintain a list of resources to support work/life balance and well-being (Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups, stress management tools, etc).
- Support Marketing led events by securing client attendees using direct phone/email
- Provide support for Contract requests in Ariba (initiate requests for CDA, MSA, etc).
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in high level administration
- Event planning and attention to detail
- Vendor management experience
- Negotiation and problem solving skills
- Experience managing Salesforce.com
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $60,000.00–$90,000.00.
