If you’re tired of just pulling tickets from a backlog and want to actually architect a revenue engine, this is your next move.

At Saviynt, we are building a world-class Revenue Operations function from the ground up, and you will be the driving force behind it. You will step into a highly visible, high-impact role where you aren't just executing requests—you are partnering with leadership to challenge assumptions, translate complex business needs into technical blueprints, and own the Salesforce technical roadmap from day one. This is a massive opportunity to put your stamp on a fast-growing tech company and fast-track your career in RevOps leadership.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • What you’ll master (Technical Requirements & Solution Architecture): Own the entire intake lifecycle, translating ambiguous business requests into airtight, comprehensive technical requirements documents (BRDs/FRDs). Partner directly with stakeholders to dig deep, ask the right architectural questions, and design scalable, well-structured Salesforce solutions that prevent technical debt.
  • Where you’ll lead (Technical Project Ownership): Independently manage mid-sized Salesforce and RevOps development projects from scoping through delivery. Drive alignment between business teams and development resources, maintain technical momentum, and ensure projects are completed on time with clear user acceptance criteria.
  • The legacy you’ll leave (Systems Optimization & Data Integrity): Continuously audit and improve system design, schema, and data flows. Ensure all technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, properly documented, and aligned with our broader enterprise architecture strategy.

Saviynt is an identity authority platform built to power and protect the world at work. In a world of digital transformation, where organizations are faced with increasing cyber risk but cannot afford defensive measures to slow down progress, Saviynt’s Enterprise Identity Cloud gives customers unparalleled visibility, control and intelligence to better defend against threats while empowering users with right-time, right-level access to the digital technologies and tools they need to do their best work.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Own the Technical Scoping: Lead the intake, scoping, and formal documentation of RevOps and Salesforce requests across the business, turning high-level ideas into detailed technical specifications.
  • Bridge the Gap: Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories, functional criteria, and data models that development and architecture teams can execute without friction.
  • Lead Deployment: Management of mid-sized technical projects (Salesforce enhancements, automated workflows, third-party integrations) from concept through UAT and deployment.
  • Manage Tech Priorities: Support prioritization efforts by conducting rigorous scoping and level-of-effort (LOE) assessments across technical requests.
  • Process Optimization: Map out "as-is" and "to-be" technical processes to identify gaps or inefficiencies, proactively recommending architectural improvements.
  • Maintain Governance: Ensure strict data integrity, system security, and documentation standards across Salesforce and related tech stack integrations.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analysis, with a heavy emphasis on Salesforce systems design and project leadership.
  • Advanced Salesforce Expertise: A proven track record of translating complex business needs into detailed technical requirements, object models, validation rules, and process logic for developers and architects.
  • Technical Documentation Skills: Expert-level ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and technical specifications.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to push back constructively, manage technical scope creep, and guide senior stakeholders through technical limitations and possibilities.
  • Analytical & Architecture Mindset: Strong data modeling and analytical skills, with a focus on building scalable systems that preserve data integrity.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working closely with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly preferred.
