    • Optimize existing systems, with a primary focus on our CRM, to improve efficiency and data integrity.

    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data within the CRM system.

    • Oversee account and opportunity ownership, as well as territory management.

    • Document and maintain processes across sales, customer success, and finance departments.

    • Proactively identify operational inefficiencies, propose solutions, and lead implementation efforts.

  • Planning & Analysis:

    • Manage and refine our financial planning models, focusing on headcount planning and revenue forecasting.

Administer sales commission structures to ensure alignment between incentives and desired outcomes.

Design and enhance forecasting models for sales pipelines, upsells, and customer churn.

Collaborate with leadership to understand and advance company initiatives through strategic planning.

Dive deep into data analysis to inform decision-making and drive business objectives.

  • Collaboration & Support:

    • Work cross-functionally to identify areas for improvement.

    • Support sales teams with pipeline management and sales forecasting.

    • Engage in various tasks as we grow and evolve—be prepared to wear many hats!

Who you are:

  • Languages: Master at all things sheets/excel, expert with writing effective SQL (or Python if preferred.)

  • Tools/Skills: We use Fivetran, Snowflake, and Sigma BI. You don’t have to have used those specific tools, but a familiarity with data pipeline tools is needed to hit the ground running.

  • Process-Oriented: Directly owned or deeply involved in process and system improvements.

  • Analytical: You can go from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10 on all sorts of reporting infrastructure, structure, and needs.
