Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst (Data & Systems) to own the quality, reliability, and usability of data across our revenue systems by elevating the quality of processes driving key data points in our Salesforce and Revenue Tech stack. This role will begin with a deep focus on Salesforce data integrity and evolve into designing how data flows seamlessly through the entire go-to-market (GTM) motion, ensuring reps have the right data at the right moment to drive productivity and revenue outcomes.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of systems, process, and analytics. This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond reporting into shaping how revenue teams operate.

Who you’re committed to being:
  • A Guardian of Data Integrity: You are committed to a "data quality mindset," obsessing over the accuracy and completeness of information as it flows across the entire tech stack to ensure it remains a reliable foundation for business decisions.
  • A Strategic Architect of Efficiency: You are dedicated to designing frictionless processes that bridge the gap between technical data flows and the representative experience, ensuring that every operational change directly fuels pipeline growth and forecasting precision.
  • A High-Ownership Results Driver: You take full accountability for the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives, reliably delivering high-quality outcomes even when navigating the ambiguity of a fast-paced environment.
  • An Impact-Focused Prioritizer: You are committed to quantifying the value of every project, utilizing your attention to detail and analytical skills to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and focus your energy on the highest-value improvements for the organization.
What you’ll do:
  • Immediately audit and remediate data quality issues across Salesforce (accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities)
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to identify critical data gaps impacting pipeline visibility and forecasting.
  • Partner with Enterprise Technology and Data Governance teams to build scalable processes for ongoing data hygiene (automation, monitoring, alerting)
  • Identify where data friction exists and recommend process improvements to streamline workflows. Partner with Enablement to align workflows with rep behavior and adoption.
  • Optimize field design, page layouts, and automation to reduce rep burden while improving data capture. Define and enforce data governance standards (field usage, required fields, validation logic, deduplication rules).
  • Own how data moves across GTM systems directly impacting reps
  • Propose solutions that encompass the rep and leader perspective
  • Own enrichment strategy (third-party data, firmographics, technographics) and design “just-in-time data delivery” providing the insights at key moments
Experience you’ll bring:
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Sophisticated proficiency in Excel and Salesforce reporting. Ability to pull data, analyze, and translate into actionable insights. Snowflake and Tableau are a plus.
  • Experience with data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet) and deduplication strategies
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav, ZoomInfo)
Requirements:
  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations roles in SaaS environment
  • 4+ years Salesforce (data model, reporting, automation, governance); CPQ or related Quoting tool experience
  • Led governance and optimization of Salesforce data ecosystem, including enrichment tools, integrations, and data quality frameworks to ensure reliable reporting, territory integrity, and pipeline accuracy
  • Skilled in documenting business processes, to align technical and business requirements. Experience utilizing Jira, Confluence, and/or Lucidchart for requirements and process documentation
  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.
Why you’ll love working here:

  • We are mission-driven, shaping the future of tech upskillling and delivering impact that matters.
  • We foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, where everyone can contribute and thrive.
