Job Description:
 

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Frontend Developer to lead our frontend development initiatives. You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing scalable and high-performance web applications. This is a key role where you will mentor and collaborate with a team of developers while driving the technical direction of our frontend projects.

Responsibilities:
 

• Lead the frontend development efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.

• Architect, design, and develop complex frontend solutions using JavaScript, React, and related technologies.

• Ensure code quality, and adherence to industry best practices through code reviews and mentoring junior developers.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

• Optimize applications for maximum performance.

• Stay up to date with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and frameworks.

• Collaborate with backend developers to design and integrate frontend APIs.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

• Drive continuous improvement.

• Lead and participate in technical discussions, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.

Experience/ Skills Required

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience: 

• 5- 8 YEARS of Experience in frontend development with a strong focus on JavaScript and React.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and scalable frontend solutions.

• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

• Proficient in web markup languages such as HTML5 and CSS3.

• Expertise in frontend build tools and module bundlers (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or MobX.

• Experience with frontend testing frameworks and tools (Jest, react-test-library, Cypress, etc.).

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and frontend/backend integration.

• Proficient Git.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in frontend development.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or similar 

frameworks. 

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and collaboration with designers. 

• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js.

• Knowledge of mobile app development using React Native or similar frameworks.

• Exposure to performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices
