The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Sr Project Manager you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by managing critical projects and initiatives. Manage stakeholder relationships across various functions and geographies in Solventum to drive project completion and achieve desired outcomes.
Drive strategic cross functional/geographic projects for the organization
Coordinate with internal and external parties to execute against project plans and timelines
Assist with ad hoc requests from key stakeholders as needed
Additional projects as assigned in support of the Transformation Office
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 6 years of project/program management skills, with a proven track record of executing against complex project plans
Additional qualifications that will help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience driving cross functional initiatives impacting multiple geographies
Medical device manufacturing company experience
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with and positively influence people at all levels of the organization to achieve project deliverables
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Work location: Remote
Travel: May include up to [20%][domestic/international]
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
