BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Senior Project Manager on the Operational Analytics & Insights (OAI) team you will orchestrate service delivery team focused around speech analytics behaviors and manage the Innovation team. This includes the planning and executing of program deployments across all Charter Communications call centers.
WHAT OUR SR PROJECT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

• Serving as primary project contact to establish the Innovation team in all key functional areas, and provide a sustainable operation for Labs and ongoing Lab projects
• Gaining consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation
• Establishing project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards and Leadership expectations
• Meeting with internal customers of an assigned project to gather feedback, and provide status updates and reports
• Preparing cost analysis for project teams, Project Leadership, or department leadership
• Tracking costs and performance, service levels, and other metrics required to meet goals and objectives
• Developing options and recommendations to drive critical decisions

You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. On a given day you'll monitor and drive project performance by implementation project management best practices. You'll thrive in this role if you can manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

• Experience: Project Management: 5 or more years
• Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
• Abilities: Communicate in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner; effective critical thinking skills; analyze and interpret data; knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project

Preferred Education

• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum

The base pay for this position generally is between
$78,900.00 and $139,500.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
