The Sr. Project Manager on the Talent Acquisition (TA) Projects Team, leads cross-functional projects that enhance and scale TA processes, tools, and performance. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives from planning through execution, integrating data and insights to influence decisions, and ensuring sustained impact across the organization. The Sr. Project Manager partners closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, to manage complex projects, improve systems and workflows, and elevate how Talent Acquisition delivers value to the business.

 

The ideal candidate is a strategic think and structured problem solver with a passion for improving outcomes, enabling teams, and navigating ambiguity. This role offers high visibility and impact across Talent Acquisition, People Services and Operations teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Programs: Design and manage enterprise-level TA projects by defining scope, goals, timelines and success measures.
  • Enable Process and Systems Improvements: Assess current-state processes tools, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Deliver Insights and Drive Decisions: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and provide progress updates to senior stakeholders with strong storytelling.
  • Influence and Collaborate Across Teams: Foster strong relationships across Talent Acquisition, Ops and Tech teams. Navigate complex stakeholder environments to ensure alignment and coordination across efforts.
  • Coach and Maintain Project Rigor: Provide mentorship and coaching to project managers, helping build team capacity and consistency in delivery.
  • Contribute to Team Culture and Growth: Promote a strong sense of team, connection, and share success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in program or project management, preferably in Talent, People, or Analytic related functions.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with high visibility and strategic importance.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Microsoft applications.
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into action. Proficiency in Excel, dashboarding, and data storytelling.
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Travel less than 5%

Salary/ Wage Range

$82,800.00 - $121,600.00 / year
