Position Title: Sr Project Manager (P4)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for the management of the site development, site acquisition and customer implementation process using cross-functional project teams to provide contracted services to customers (e.g., RF design, site acquisition, A&E services, file reviews, land use planning, collocations and zoning/ permitting approval, customer application process, customer licensing process, and customer negotiation in regards to capital contributions) and ensuring project timelines are met in accordance with Crown Castle policies and procedures that impact the overall gross margin and contribution to AFFO.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit entrepreneurial and innovative thinking through analysis of Crown Castle New Build opportunities.
- Manage complexity and apply strategic mindset through financial, technical, and legal evaluation of real estate transactions.
- Manage multiple site acquisition vendor relationships and contracts in driving consistency, efficiency, and financial results.
- Coordination and oversight of preconstruction site development services, from site identification through zoning approval for multiple sites and multiple customer projects, ensuring that all preconstruction activities, including, but not limited to, file reviews, application entry, application processing, due diligence, structural analysis, regulatory (including required reporting), zoning /permitting (entitlements) and leases are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead internal deployment meetings with other managers and team members to review the status of each job and implement changes as necessary to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure accurate and complete files are maintained for projects and appropriate documents are distributed in a timely manner in accordance with Crown Castle and customer standards. Manage the deliverables and ensure quality control.
- Ensure that all jobs are maintained in a project tracking system with complete accuracy.
- Ensure all documentation related to approvals, site acquisition, collocations and construction of towers (e.g., structural analysis, lease, title, applicable permits, soil samples, regulatory approvals or others as required) are maintained in accordance with Crown Castle policies and procedures.
- Provide training and supervision for the Site Development team and internal functional groups as needed.
- Work with Sales, Contracts, and Legal to draft SLA agreements in a timely manner.
- Develop accurate project plans and budgets for Site Development Services by evaluating customer needs / expectations, pricing, and internal resourcing.
- Work with New Build Manager and/or Director, internal and external customers and partners.
- Partner, plan and align with others to give/receive timely updates, properly evaluate risk, and assess financial impacts.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- PM Certification preferred but not required
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- Seven (7) or more years of experience in real estate project management
- New tower development and/or tower construction experience strongly preferred
Expectations
- Advanced knowledge of telecommunications/wireless project management, tower development, and tower construction
- Advanced knowledge of site acquisition procedures, including regulatory and permitting process
- Ability to read and understand A&E drawings
- Ability to direct the diagnosis of workflow problems, critical paths and institute remedies
- Ability to read and understand financial metrics and identify remedies for financial issues
- Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach

Where You Will Work
This role falls into our current hybrid work model, which is 2-days remote and 3-days in the office. To optimize collaboration, relationship building, and key stakeholder engagement, starting 07/01/2026 we will move to a 4:1 hybrid model which is in office Monday-Thursday with the option for remote work on Fridays. This role may require some travel as needed.

Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is $114900 - $158000 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
