Electronic Solutions develops the avionics, navigation systems, sensors and electromagnetic defense technology on board 90% of the world's aircraft

Join a team of development program professionals to manage & lead Honeywell programs. You will work under minimal supervision of the PMO leader managing a team of Program Leads responsible for the execution of development programs. These programs are of significant size & complexity, and your role will lead the team to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills. You will manage and lead complex, global development programs that may span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You will define, generate & implement program plans.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and mentor team of program managers as they direct work and approve resource requirements and program estimates while leading integrated program teams through the Integrated Product Delivery & Support (IPDS) Process
- Performance Management & Talent Management--leads overall team strategy and helps all members with technical guidance and career growth opportunities
- Own and execute a programmatic Management Operating System to drive on-time and on-schedule execution
- Own and employ PM tools and development processes, including statement-of-work (SOW), work-breakdown- structure (WBS), basis-of-estimate (BOE) management, scope / requirements management, scheduling, and cost management
- Manage risk across programs
- Coordinate with Functions to ensure programs are supported in terms of technical performance, schedule, and cost requirements
- Communicate complex program management and financial issues to all levels, effectively linking program performance with financial results and product line strategies
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance, or relevant discipline
- 6+ years of experience in engineering program management or related roles
- Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

The annual base salary range for this position is < $158K - $197K >. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
