About the Role:Hims & Hers is seeking a highly driven Senior Program Manager, Enablement to lead enterprise-level initiatives that align cross-functional teams, drive strategic priorities, and enable scalable growth. This individual will play a critical role in bridging strategy and operational execution—ensuring that high-impact programs are operationally designed, executed, and optimized for long-term success. This role will support the Enablement team and will be embedded within the fast-growing Operations & Innovation Program Management Office (PMO), reporting to the Director of Innovation Program Management (PMO).
This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven team program manager with exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of program management methodologies. The successful candidate brings deep experience navigating cross-functional initiatives, a solid understanding of business expansion initiatives, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. They thrive in fast-paced, complex settings and are skilled at driving alignment between business strategy and operational execution.
This role will be responsible for managing teams remotely as well as on-site. This is a remote role with regular travel up to 25% of the time.
You will:Lead complex, cross-functional programs from strategy development through operational implementation and post-launch optimization.
Translate executive vision and strategic objectives into actionable program plans with defined scope, timeline, milestones, and success metrics.
Support the operationalization of high-priority initiatives, including the integration of new acquisitions into the organization, the construction and launch of new facilities, and market expansions.
Collaborate closely with leaders across R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless implementation, integration, and go-live readiness for new businesses, platforms, or partners.
Support licensing and regulatory readiness activities across new business models, sites, and markets, ensuring alignment with local, state, and federal requirements.
Facilitate decision-making by delivering executive-level updates, dashboards, and program health metrics.
Continuously assess risks, anticipate challenges, and implement mitigation strategies throughout the program lifecycle.
Establish scalable program management best practices, playbooks, and operating rhythms to drive cross-functional alignment and business agility.
Mentor junior PMs and contribute to the development of a high-performing, strategy-aligned PMO culture.
Preferred: Experience within the compounding pharmaceutical industry and/or telehealth services, with a deep understanding of regulated environments and healthcare delivery models.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
7+ years of experience in program management, strategy execution, or business operations—preferably within a matrixed or high-growth environment.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, strategic programs involving multiple business units and senior leadership.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect execution with strategic outcomes.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency with project/program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Google)
PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
