The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact sales and customer retention initiatives across the Americas Solution Led Business The role focuses on driving growth, improving renewal rates, and reducing attrition through effective program management, data analysis, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include managing cross-functional and defining and optimizing scalable processes. The ideal candidate has strong experience in program governance, process development, and contributor engagement, serving as a trusted partner for Sales, Customer Success, and other teams. This position directly impacts revenue and customer experience.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage all aspects mid to large-scale, multi-stream programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, including timelines, prioritization, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Promote cross-functional engagement and manage participants across all programs, including Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Establish and operationalize retention frameworks and processes for the Solution Account Management team.
  • Implement communication and enablement strategies to support program objectives.
  • Drive cross functional workstreams focused on customer saves, early warning systems, and renewal acceleration.
  • Convene and manage weekly critical initiative meetings, action trackers, and SharePoint documentation.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 7+ years’ program management experience in technology or enterprise software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven leadership of strategic, large-scale initiatives
  • Experience in process development, analytics, and scalable frameworks
  • Exceptional communication at all levels
  • Skilled in Customer Success Management and Sales Operations
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in dynamic settings
  • Strategic thinker and effective problem solver
  • Resourceful self-starter with strong ownership
  • Customer-focused, collaborative stand out colleague

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $131,700 -- $242,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
