The Senior Product Owner, Digital Product Management – Salesforce, is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise Salesforce platform. This role serves as the strategic link between business stakeholders and engineering teams, prioritizing features, optimizing end-to-end workflows, and delivering scalable, high-quality digital capabilities. The Senior Product Owner ensures strong alignment with organizational goals, elevates user experience, and leads platform advancements that enable digital transformation across the company.
Qualifications/Experience:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.
· Experience:
§ 7+ years of experience in managing business platforms, IT systems, or technology projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
§ Proven experience in driving the integration and optimization of business platforms that support key organizational functions.
§ Strong experience with vendor management, platform development, and project management methodologies.
§ Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
§ Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
§ Experience in managing multi-functional teams and leading large-scale platform transformation projects.
§ Knowledge of digital transformation trends and how business platforms can drive organizational change.
Skills:
§ Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
§ Strong knowledge of business platform solutions (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing platforms) and experience with enterprise systems.
§ Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and managing platform-related projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Platform Strategy & Management: Lead the development and implementation of the strategy for business platforms, ensuring that all platforms meet the current and future needs of the organization. Oversee the full lifecycle of business platform initiatives, from planning and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT, product teams, and vendors to ensure the successful alignment and integration of platforms with business processes. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to translate business requirements into actionable platform solutions.
· Platform Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance business platforms, ensuring scalability, user experience, and efficiency. Implement changes that improve platform performance and maximize return on investment.
· Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of platform managers, developers, and analysts. Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
· Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring the timely delivery of platform solutions and that external partners align with the company’s business objectives. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure that service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
· Data Analysis & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for business platforms and provide regular reporting to senior management on platform performance, user engagement, and ROI. Analyze platform data to provide insights into areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Change Management & Adoption: Lead change management efforts related to new platform implementations and updates. Ensure that new platform features are adopted effectively across the organization, providing necessary training and support to users.
· Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all platforms comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies (e.g., data privacy, security). Mitigate risks associated with platform performance, data integrity, and compliance.
· Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of platform projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet organizational objectives. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
