As a trusted leader for over 20 years, Propelus has focused on bringing more good into the lives of the people and organizations serving healthcare. We deliver seamless compliance solutions to millions. We leverage market-leading technology and essential data to simplify complex operations, reduce risk, and champion a safer, healthier, and happier workforce.

We are seeking a Sr. Product Operations Analyst to own the operating infrastructure of our product organization. Your mission is to bring consistency and rigor to our product development lifecycle (SDLC) by ensuring all teams adhere to established processes, templates, and documentation standards.

This is a high-autonomy role for a senior specialist who lives in Jira and thrives on operational execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that PRDs, business cases, and solution designs are complete before work moves to engineering. You aren't just coordinating meetings; you are enforcing the standards that allow our product teams to hit their targets and deliver roadmaps on time.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the SDLC: Audit tickets across every workspace to ensure PRDs are complete and business cases are validated for technical completeness.

  • Own Jira Administration: Serve as the expert for Jira. You will configure workflows, manage backlogs, and build the reporting needed to give leadership real-time visibility into the health of the SDLC.

  • Track Roadmap Adherence: Monitor whether we are delivering against our roadmap. You will identify bottlenecks and call out missing information to ensure sprint and release predictability.

  • Manage Rhythm of Business: Coordinate the cadence for roadmap reviews, strategy sessions, and planning cycles. You ensure these high-stakes meetings are structured, prepared, and drive actual alignment across the portfolio.

  • Standardize Internal Knowledge: Own our documentation infrastructure (Notion). You ensure that templates, artifacts, and past decision logs are centralized so the "Propelus way" of building product is documented and accessible.

  • Report to Leadership: Provide daily and weekly reports to the Head of Product. You will be the primary source of truth for how work is moving through the pipeline.

  • Maintain Jira Hygiene: Ensure tickets are fully "ready for dev" so engineering never stalls. You are responsible for the seamless hand-off between teams.

  • Automate Workflows: Use AI tools and Jira automation to improve the speed and quality of our operational processes.

You Might Be A Fit If:

  1. You are a Jira Power User: You don’t just move tickets; you see the architecture behind them. You find deep satisfaction in a perfectly configured workflow and a high-visibility backlog that engineering can actually trust.

  2. You Can Escalate Inconsistencies: You are comfortable holding product teams accountable to the standard we set, and flag missing info to Product Leaders as needed.

  3. You are Process Driven: You can audit a broken process, identify the bottleneck, and suggest improvements to Product Leaders to enhance workflows.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar execution-focused role in a multi-product SaaS portfolio.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Jira configuration and workflow design.

  • You bring a strong perspective on how a world-class product org should run. You don’t just maintain the status quo; you identify where the process is failing, propose improvements, and drive the adoption of those changes across the

  • A self-sufficient professional who can take ownership on Day 1 with minimal oversight.

  • The backbone to hold teams accountable and enforce standards directly. You are comfortable telling a PM when their documentation isn't up to standard.

  • Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Omni, SQL) and documentation platforms (Notion) to maintain institutional knowledge.

  • Experience using AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve output quality.

Benefits and Perks for Propelus employees include but are not limited to:
  • Awarded one of BuiltIn's 2025 Best Places to Work and honored as a Silver Stevie® Award Winner in the 2025 Stevie Awards For Great Employers.

  • Professional development allowance to help you grow in the ways that mean the most to you.

  • Flexibility for balancing work with the rest of life and ample PTO, including paid time off for volunteering, your birthday, and becoming a new parent.

  • Check us out for yourself at our careers page or our Propelus culture Instagram accounts.

For US Employees:

  • 401K with company matching, as well as financial planning education and resources.

  • Employees can choose from HSA, FSA, and traditional insurance options for medical, dental, and vision coverage for themselves and dependents.

  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA): We support personal well-being by offering an annual lifestyle spending account that you can use for what matters most to you—whether it’s a gym membership, a meditation app, WFH equipment, or fresh produce delivered to your door.

  • Propelus Flex Club: Our flexible benefits platform gives you monthly points to redeem on what you need most. Plus, you'll get access to exclusive discounts just for being part of our team.
