The Impact of a Sr. Product Marketing Manager at Coupa: 
 
As a Senior Manager of Product Marketing, you will play a key role in elevating our market presence and driving the success of our Spend Management solutions. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, you’ll be the voice of the customer and the champion of our value—fueling growth through strategic storytelling, strong market insight, and powerful enablement. 

What You’ll Do

  • Shape Value and Tell the Story
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging rooted in a deep understanding of procurement personas.
  • Highlight the unique business value of our solutions in a way that resonates with both business and technical audiences.
  • Serve as a passionate spokesperson in webinars, customer sessions, and events. 
  • Fuel Sales Success
  • Create high-impact content and tools—from decks and battlecards to solution briefs and customer stories—that empower our field teams to win.
  • Partner with enablement to deliver targeted training programs that keep our go-to-market teams sharp and confident.
  • Drive Go-to-Market Execution
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to build and launch campaigns and initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth, adoption, and customer retention.
  • Gather and translate market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable strategies that inform product direction and sales focus.
  • Champion the Voice of the Customer
  • Engage regularly with customers and prospects to gather real-world insights, support strategic deals, and surface advocates for case studies and speaking opportunities.
  • Use customer feedback and market trends to shape content, refine messaging, and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Influence Leadership Position Through Analyst Relations
  • Partner with the Analyst Relations and Product teams to shape compelling narratives and briefing content that reinforce our leadership in the sourcing and procurement space.
  • Help craft our point of view for analyst evaluations, ensuring our differentiation and value are clearly represented.

What You Will Bring to Coupa

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain technology.
  • A talent for turning complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and market-facing content.
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategies and supporting product launches with measurable business impact.
  • Strong collaboration skills—you know how to work across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels, even without direct authority.
  • A data-driven mindset—you bring structure to ambiguity, uncover insights from data, and use them to inform decisions and storytelling.
  • Experience presenting to both internal and external audiences, including sales teams and executive stakeholders.
  • A self-starter mentality with a passion for solving problems, moving fast, and delivering results.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and an unshakable drive to keep pushing forward—even when the path isn’t clearly defined.
  • A high-energy, proactive attitude—you bring passion, momentum, and urgency to everything you do.
