As a Senior Product Manager at NovoEd, you will lead the strategy and development of the Creator Platform and High-Impact Learning capabilities within our Learn+ product. This platform enables organizations to create, repurpose, manage, and personalize learning content while delivering engaging collaborative learning experiences at scale.
What Will You Do?- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Creator Platform within NovoEd’s Learn+ product, enabling organizations to create, manage, and scale collaborative learning experiences.
- Conduct continuous customer discovery across enterprise organizations, executive education programs, training companies, and mid-market businesses to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
- Own product initiatives from problem definition through release and iteration, working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Define product requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and make thoughtful trade-off decisions that balance customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to support product launches, enable customer adoption, and help communicate product value.
- Use data and customer insights to measure product impact, improve adoption, and expand how customers use the platform.
- Collaborate directly with customers and prospects to gather feedback, demonstrate product capabilities, and inform product strategy.
What Skills Are Needed For This Role?
- 5+ years of product management experience building and launching enterprise SaaS products
- Experience owning products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex product challenges into clear, elegant solutions
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver products using Agile development methodologies
- Experience building or launching AI-powered product capabilities, including those leveraging large language models
- Understanding of how to use AI to create meaningful customer value in product experiences
- Ability to utilize AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle to accelerate discovery, development, and iteration
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make thoughtful prioritization and roadmap decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present product ideas and strategies to internal stakeholders and customers
- Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams including product marketing and sales

- Experience building products for learning platforms, education technology, or knowledge platforms
- Experience building products used by enterprise learning and development teams
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to balance customer needs with business goals
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions and align teams around product direction
