  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline license provisioning, renewals, trial extensions, and self-service workflows

  • Collaborate with engineering on backend architecture supporting licensing and billing systems

2. Shape Usage Billing & Fulfillment

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define usage tracking and billing events

  • Translate Pricing & Packaging strategies into product and platform configurations that support new offers and SKUs

  • Ensure fulfillment workflows—spanning contract events, trials, and renewals—are scalable and auditable

3. Operational & Sales System Integration

  • Serve as the product interface to Fullfillment, Deal Desk, Finance, Pricing to drive evaluation date changes, license transfers, and order provisioning

  • Align product experiences with deal desk, finance, and customer success needs

  • Ensure customer and internal tooling enables both flexibility and compliance

4. Strategic Platform Leadership

  • Define and track KPIs to monitor license utilization, provisioning success, and billing event integrity

  • Drive the roadmap in alignment with Alteryx’s cloud-first transformation and Alteryx One unification vision

  • Incorporate customer feedback, competitive analysis, and system limitations into practical, iterative improvements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Product Management in B2B SaaS, ideally with experience in licensing, entitlements, billing, or customer operations

  • Strong understanding of platform ecosystems, with experience working on shared services (IAM, provisioning, monetization)

  • Comfort with technical backend concepts and ability to partner closely with engineering and platform teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with pricing & packaging frameworks and their translation into product entitlements

  • Experience utilizing technologies such as Salesforce, Aha, JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Tableau, Figma

  • Understanding of cloud licensing paradigms (seat-based, usage-based, token-based)

  • Familiarity with Alteryx products
