About the Role:
We're seeking a Sr. Product Manager who will own the next generation of Verifiable’s Salesforce application. Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll own the build out, launch, and success of this key platform solution. Your agility, initiative, and self-sufficiency are crucial in this dynamic Series B startup environment.
Preferred candidates possess expertise in managing intricate data source integrations, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and thrive on rapidly mastering new data structures. You should be driven by data insights, prioritize customer needs, and skillfully balance long-term strategies with immediate tactics.

About You
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience
- Substantial experience building and delivering software in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics and tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- User-centric mindset with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Ability to demonstrate continuous value delivery
- Agile, adaptable, and able to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a prioritized product roadmap based on business requirements, market research, and feedback.
- Ensure products and features are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success/implementation
- Engage with key customers, users, and partners to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to sunset, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
- Analyze product performance using data-driven tools, ensuring KPIs are met and iterating based on findings.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, emerging technologies, and regulations in the health tech industry.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and innovation within the product team.
- Prioritize ruthlessly; maintain clear focus on highest-priority deliverables
