Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver product vision and OKRs, leveraging insights on sales performance, customer behavior, inventory, pricing, and promotions to align strategies with leaders, partners, and product teams.
- Drive insights and recommendations by developing products that support inventory planning, optimize pricing and promotions, and enable negotiations to move more units effectively.
- Oversee retail readiness and execution, managing MST's work pipeline to ensure stores are prepared through merchandising, resets, and in-store execution.
- Lead agile delivery and innovation, facilitating ceremonies, clarifying priorities, and monitoring competitive and media network trends to shape impactful, adoption-driven experiences.
- Measure and communicate success, defining key metrics, tracking product health, and using data insights to inform strategy, build advocacy, and align stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
- 5 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
- 3 years of experience in product and/or experience management
- Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability
- Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership
- Experience working closely with senior leadership
- Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables
Preferred Skills/Education
- Master's Degree in business administration or similar advanced degree
- Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources
- Experience working hand in hand with project management products.
- Merchandising knowledge on both the processing and purchasing.
