What you'll do:

As Sr. Product Manager for NinjaTrader’s NT Connect, you will own the roadmap for our B2B partner platform network. NT Connect will be the gateway for fintech and trading platforms entering the listed derivatives market, delivering leading technology for scalable integration, broad market access, and robust risk management. This role will partner with the EVP for B2B business, cross-functional product leaders, and external partners to deliver a reliable and scalable product offering that helps trading firms grow by providing the best-in-class technology.

In this role you will:

  • Own the product roadmap and execution plan for NT Connect in partnership with FCM and internal stakeholder teams
  • Define, prioritize, and deliver a roadmap that creates meaningful value for our B2B partner ecosystem
  • Provide clear PRDs, manage product backlogs, and collaborate with engineering to transform partner needs into scalable APIs, workflows, and platform capabilities
  • Engage directly with fintech and platform partners to identify pain points, validate requirements, and design solutions aligned with their growth objectives
  • Work closely with technical teams to specify API requirements and ensure robust technical implementations
  • Leverage data, user insights, and business priorities to guide decisions and continuously improve the partner platform experience
  • Support go-to-market initiatives including product positioning, pricing, and partner enablement in collaboration with business and marketing leaders
  • Evolve operational processes to effectively scale NT Connect across an expanding global partner network
  • Ensure partner solutions align with regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements in partnership with legal, compliance, and risk teams
  • Report on key KPIs including partner adoption and onboarding, integration velocity, partner retention, and direct B2B revenue contribution

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with 3+ years in B2B
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience writing API technical specifications or working closely with API documentation and developer teams. STEM background or equivalent technical background highly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead zero-to-one initiatives and influence across multiple functions
  • Track record of driving alignment between business, engineering, and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide prioritization and product iteration
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable owning large problem areas and operating in ambiguity

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in fintech or trading platforms
  • Experience building and launching zero-to-one B2B fintech products
  • Experience building and shipping API-based products

Compensation:

The salary range for this role will be $155,000.00 - $175,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 12%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.

Location:

This role is based in Chicago, IL. *There may be remote flexibility for exceptional candidates in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., Wisconsin, New Jersey, Pennsylvania.

Hybrid:

For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In addition to these weekly remote days, we offer:

  • 20 additional flex remote days annually
  • 5 Company Wide Office-Optional weeks tied to major holidays
