That’s where you come in! We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the strategy for our data and insights solutions, providing actionable intelligence for pharmaceutical manufacturers (GTN/market access), healthcare providers, third-party administrators, and payers. This role is central to advancing our platform's analytics capabilities and delivering measurable value across the healthcare community.
What You’ll Do:For the position, we’re looking for a collaborative organizational builder. Across all roles, we look for future team members who will live our values of being BOLD (Bias to Action, One Team, Lead by Example, Dumpster Diving Data Mavens).
- Champion Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring that your product addresses critical risks such as value, usability, feasibility, and business viability. You’ll be the glue that holds the product together from concept to delivery.
- Drive Analytics Strategy: Help shape product direction and strategy for our data and insights solutions, centered around actionable intelligence for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, Healthcare Providers, Third Party Administrators, and Payers. This includes accelerating development and differentiation with robust analytics capabilities across our platform.
- Innovate Every Day: Engage deeply with users and customers to understand their needs and challenges, then translate those insights into actionable product features and enhancements. Your day might involve anything from customer interviews to fine-tuning product features with the engineering team.
- Drive Operational Efficiencies: Identify and implement analytics-driven operational efficiencies, especially in automating complex drug discount workflows. Additionally, build new data-driven features like pricing & purchasing strategies for our customers, increasing engagement and value.
- Elevate Product Management: Unlike other roles with the same title, you’ll not only build and deliver products but also shape product strategy at a higher level, working closely with senior leadership to align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Make a Difference: Your work will be central to Kalderos’ mission of redefining how the business of healthcare performs, ensuring that our products are not only innovative but also deliver real, measurable value to the market.
- 5-7 years of Product Management experience: Proven track record of bringing B2B/SaaS software products to market, with a focus on industries like healthcare or similarly complex sectors.
- Analytics Expertise: Expertise in analytics technologies, ideally with exposure to health industry applications relevant to our product space.
- Strong Analytics & BI Background: Strong background in analytics and business intelligence, with experience defining and delivering data and insights solutions.

- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, especially with exposure to software development. However, we value experience and practical knowledge just as much.

- Discovery Expertise: Skilled in driving ambiguous opportunity areas through the discovery process, from early problem identification to solution evaluation.
- Project Management Excellence: Exceptional project management skills with superb attention to detail and an emphasis on structured problem-solving.
- Agility in Action: The ability to work nimbly across multiple projects and balance interdependent priorities, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Expected Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000 base + bonus
This position can be remote in the United States or hybrid in Chicago, IL or Boston, MA. Expected hours will be Eastern or Central time.
