The Sr. Procurement Specialist manages procurement activities, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and strategic sourcing to align with company goals.
The Sr. Procurement Specialist manages procurement activities, maintaining and improving supplier relationships, and making cost-effective purchasing decisions. Responsibilities include sourcing and vetting vendors, negotiating contracts, and working with internal team members to align procurement strategies with our goals. You approach challenges with a data-informed mindset, have experience in supplier management, and the ability to improve processes. You will report into the Director, Accounting Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement, including supplier selection, negotiations, and purchase order execution.
- Maintain vendor relationships, monitor contracts, and ensure compliance with internal company policies.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic sourcing efforts.
- Lead category management projects, including quarterly business reviews with team members.
- Track procurement performance metrics and report on important trends.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other teams to align procurement strategies with our goals.
- Help refine procurement policies, intake workflows, approval processes and leading continuous improvements in the Procurement workflow.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of procurement or sourcing experience.
- Strong contract negotiation, analytical, and resolution skills.
- Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Workday, Coupa, SAP).
- Comfort balancing priorities across multiple projects.
- Experience with building strong, trusting relationships across teams.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
- Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
- Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $85,320-110,910 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $93,852-122,001 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $102,384-133,092 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $110,916-144,183 + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data.
