About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Principal Engineer to lead our technology vision and execution as we scale rapidly in the cybersecurity space. What You’ll Do:
Build a Strategic Vision including setting comprehensive technology strategy and priorities across all business verticals, focusing on customer needs, security-first architecture, and cloud/SaaS solutions
Build and scale a world-class technology organization during rapid expansion, creating career growth opportunities and maintaining top talent
Manage technology budget responsibly during hyper-growth phase while maintaining operational efficiency
Technology Leadership
Drive implementation of artificial intelligence and machine learning systems to automate processes, accelerate product rollouts, and create competitive advantages
Oversee horizontal integrations across portfolio companies, creating unified technology stacks for operational efficiency
Lead oversight of all internal systems including customer support platforms, sales systems, revenue reporting, payment processing, and HR/payroll integrations
Accelerate customer acquisition through innovative technology implementations that enhance product delivery speed and reliability
What You’ll Need:
Executive Leadership: 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles, with at least 3+ years at C-level or VP level
Experience scaling technology organizations through rapid growth phases
Background managing large-scale infrastructure, cloud operations, and enterprise systems
Technical Expertise:
Deep expertise in AWS, Google Cloud, and modern cloud-native architectures
AI/ML Implementation: Hands-on experience implementing AI and machine learning solutions in production environments
Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance requirements (GDPR, SOC2, etc.), and security-first development practices
Proficiency in modern languages (Python, Go, JavaScript, Java) and full-stack development
Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, security, or AI/ML
Leadership Competencies
Ability to translate business objectives into technology roadmaps and execution plans
Experience working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams
Track record preparing companies for funding rounds, due diligence processes, and potential acquisitions
Proven ability to lead organizations through rapid transformation and scaling challenges
Preferred Qualifications
Background at major technology companies (Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc.)
Experience managing large-scale domain portfolios and DNS infrastructure
Experience with international privacy laws and regulatory frameworks
Previous experience as a founding team member or early-stage executive
Thought leadership in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or enterprise technology spaces
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
