We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr Partner Management Specialist! In this role, you will support the development and execution of Wealth Enhancement Group’s Partner Relationship Management program, with a primary focus on emerging, legacy, and key third-party relationships. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute strategically to our partner ecosystem as we continue to innovate and expand.

This is a Remote position, with a travel commitment ranging between 10-20%.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions
 

Partner Relationship Management & Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned external partner relationships

  • Support senior leadership in managing primary custodial relationships (such as Fidelity, Schwab, and BNY Pershing)

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between partners and internal stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partner contacts at all levels

  • Assist in quarterly business reviews and partner check-ins

  • Support onboarding processes for new partner relationships
     

Reporting, Analysis & Performance Monitoring

  • Create and maintain regular reports on partner relationship metrics and key performance indicators

  • Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Prepare executive-level presentations and summaries for leadership review

  • Support benchmarking activities to assess competitive positioning

  • Maintain comprehensive partner relationship databases and documentation
     

Strategic Framework Development & Process Improvement

  • Contribute to the development of standardized partner management processes and procedures

  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of partner interactions

  • Support the creation and implementation of partner relationship strategies

  • Assist in developing partner segmentation and tiering frameworks

  • Help build scalable systems and processes as the program grows

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Support

  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Advisor Services, and other internal departments on partner-related initiatives

  • Lead cross-partner projects with strong project management discipline, ensuring clear scope, milestones, accountability, and timely execution

  • Support contract review and negotiation processes

  • Assist with partner-related procurement activities

  • Support public and internal communication efforts, including partner updates, issues, and initiatives
     

Travel & Relationship Building

  • Travel to partner locations and industry events as needed

  • Represent WEG at partner meetings, conferences, and networking events

  • Build and maintain a professional network within the partner ecosystem

  • Support relationship development activities and partner engagement initiatives

All other duties as assigned.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics, or a related field

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred

  • Experience in relationship management, account management, or vendor management

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to long-term planning initiatives

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

  • Ability and appetite for building programs from the ground up, creating structured and scalable frameworks from ambiguity

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities

  • Proficiency in data analysis and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment with changing priorities

  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state, pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as this level is $87,400.00 - $131,000.00. The Sr Partner Management Specialist role is compensated through a combination of base salary and variable pay, with total compensation aligned to performance metrics and company goals.
