What you will do

The Senior Manager will lead end-to-end network strategy and siting for the North American Self Care Supply Chain. This role represents the regional network perspective across new-product siting, re-siting, innovation, renovation, sourcing, and portfolio initiatives, influences cross-functional decisions, and ensures initiatives align with business objectives and the long-term network roadmap.


The position evaluates manufacturing, delivery, and trade-customization networks for feasibility and risk, supports inventory and customer-service objectives, builds a pipeline of savings and gross-profit opportunities, and program manages complex supply chain initiatives from business case through governance approval.  The Senior Manager will engage directly with a wide array of business partners including the global manufacturing network team, Project Management, Commercial, Operations, and Suppliers to assess cost and cash improvements for the Self Care portfolio including product/packaging changes, network changes & complexity reduction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute franchise supply network strategies aligned with business priorities, senior-management direction, and the North America roadmap.
  • Lead feasibility assessments for new products, renovations, re-siting, and portfolio initiatives, including manufacturing readiness, capacity, dependencies, and supply chain risk.
  • Own network strategy governance down to the SKU level; lead regional forums, facilitate siting decisions, and prepare data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Drive make-versus-buy and strategic sourcing assessments, including manufacturing, delivery, and trade-customization network options.
  • Partner with Commercial, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and other stakeholders to develop business cases & integrate supply chain strategy into long-term business planning.
  • Identify and shape opportunities to improve cost, gross profit, service, inventory, agility, resilience, and overall network efficiency.
  • Act as analytics expert for relevant portfolio/product information including sku segmentation, business plan financials, capacity, and project / product interdependencies.
  • Use analytics, value-stream assessments, and workshops to build innovation, renovation, savings, value-creation, business cases & pipelines.
  • Lead financial assessments and develop business cases for supply network optimization and governance approval.
  • Scope & program manage complex supply chain initiatives, including supplier changes, manufacturing site moves, and other network transformations.
  • Monitor network capabilities, performance, emerging technologies, and industry trends, and provide clear updates and executive presentations to senior management.
  • Clarify and prioritize Supply Chain capabilities required to deliver the three-year operating plan.

 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of experience in operations/E2E supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, logistics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence multiple levels of the organization and facilitate complex evaluations.
  • Executive-level storytelling and governance experience.
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing networks, sourcing strategies, product portfolios, and supply chain economics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and complex business transformations.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across functions.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience developing financial business cases and presenting recommendations to executive leadership.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$153,850.00 - $217,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
