$110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. How You'll Make an Impact
- Ensure required reports are timely, accurate, and complete
- Identify and develop procedures to help streamline processes within Network Services
- Provide technical guidance and assistance as required for problem resolution
- Establish interfaces with Engineering, Field Services Operations, and other internal groups as necessary to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of problems
- Oversee the daily activities of Network Services and perform direct supervision of team members, including performance reviews, career development, and staffing
- Adhere to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable
- Know, understand, and follow company policy
- Establish positive employee relations through effective communication and ongoing support
- Develop an effective frontline leadership team and assist them with developing their direct reports to drive a high-performance culture and environment

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 8+ years of Network Operations and/or Implementation experience
- 5+ years of management experience in a 24x7 operations center
- 2+ years of project management experience
Skills
- Read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner
- Analyze and interpret data
- Communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
- Communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
- Maintain confidentiality
- Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
- Manage multiple projects at one time; prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
- Work independently or with others to resolve problems
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Network and Element Management tools
- Knowledge of company products and services
- Extensive knowledge of cable, voice and data communications networks, and associated elements
- Extensive knowledge of LAN/WAN design and operations, TCP/IP, SNMP, HFC networks, and Advanced Video technology
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and motivate others
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record within company required

- Industry and vendor specific certifications and training (NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E)
