You will play a pivotal role in evaluating, recommending, and implementing marketing technology platforms with a specific focus on Campaign Management Platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or similar platforms. You will also lead and manage RFP processes, build consensus among stakeholders, and guide clients through complex decision-making.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in marketing automation, with a focus on email, SMS, and campaign management platforms
- Lead and support the technology evaluation lifecycle by drafting RFPs, defining evaluation criteria, building consensus across stakeholders, and leading negotiation processes
- Provide strategic consulting on MarTech architecture, integrations, and operational best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders across marketing, IT, and business functions to align solutions with broader business goals
- Support the implementation and optimization of MarTech platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery and value realization
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to proactively guide clients
- 7+ years of experience in MarTech, with a strong focus on marketing automation (email/SMS) and campaign management
- Proven experience in MarTech consulting, ideally within a digital consultancy, agency, or enterprise setting
- Hands-on experience with leading tools such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing and MarTech ecosystems, including CRM, CDPs, data strategy, and personalization platforms
- Demonstrated experience managing RFP processes, including authoring, evaluation, and vendor selection
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to influence and collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset
- Consulting background with exposure to enterprise clients or global brands
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud)
- Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), journey orchestration tools, or AI-driven marketing solutions
