About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven, organized, and mission-driven Senior Marketplace Brand Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and growth for Blueland’s Amazon and Walmart Marketplace business, expanding our reach and bringing our plastic-free revolution to millions of new households.
Reporting to the Senior Director of 3P E-Commerce, you will own channel execution across catalog management, marketing, & performance reporting and help oversee relationships with Amazon agencies. In this central role, you will bridge our day-to-day operations with higher-level strategy by turning data and insights into action plans, maintaining account health, and coordinating across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for an experienced operator who is comfortable getting into the details of Seller Central, identifying challenges and opportunities and executing against them.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution to support top-line revenue and margin goals on Amazon and Walmart Marketplace.
- Work closely with the Sr. Director of 3P E-Commerce and Data Team to pull, analyze, and interpret data from Seller Central, Advertising platforms, and internal Looker dashboards to understand performance trends and guide channel decisions.
- Oversee content and conversion optimization across our ~60 ASIN catalog, including product detail pages, A+ Content, Brand Store updates, and new product launches.
- Partner with in-house Brand and Creative teams to draft briefs for image assets, copy, and video needed for listings and ad campaigns.
- Own marketing calendar and A/B testing for Marketplace channels.
- Collaborate with agency to optimize ad campaigns across Sponsored Ads and DSP.
- Work closely with agency, Amazon ads team, and data partners to execute, analyze, and optimize Amazon advertising strategy.
- Manage backend catalog maintenance and account health across Seller Central, addressing issues as needed.
- Monitor category trends, competitor updates, and relevant Amazon policy changes or feature rollouts using Stackline and other sources.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience managing a brand on Amazon and Walmart, or working with 3P Seller brands at an agency.
- Experience and understanding of all aspects of managing a Seller Central account (listing creation/updates, reporting, issue/case management, CX, etc.) and the various tools available within Seller Central to gather insights and drive business results.
- Expertise in Amazon advertising and reporting ecosystem (Sponsored Ads, DSP, OLV/STV, AMC, etc.). Hands-on-keyboard experience is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills to derive insights and strategic recommendations from Amazon reports.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to work with large datasets, extract practical insights, and present clear findings to cross-functional partners.
- Walmart Marketplace experience a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
- Familiarity with Stackline, Helium10, FeedbackFive, Looker, and Notion is a plus.
