PositionSENIOR MARKETING MANAGER -  GOVT MARKETING

We transform mission readiness and operational efficiencies at speed and scale by reshaping how to approach maintenance and sustainment across Government. Our AI provides essential insights that address critical national security capability gaps within operational readiness: Maintenance, Materiel Storage, Workforce readiness, Cyber network vulnerability.

Job Objective 

The Sr. Marketing Manager has proven experience designing, building and executing multimedia, cross-team marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with talented product, engineering and GTM peers to understand what Government products and solutions are coming to market and identify relevant efforts to drive greater awareness and customer interest. 

Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Communications, you will interface regularly with our team, agencies, and communications experts. Given the fast-paced start-up environment, you should be a self-starter, strong technical writer and creative strategist, as well as a great project manager with outstanding execution skills. Confidence and agility are essential, as are optimism, resiliency, and flexibility.

Duties 

  • Understands core AI products, solutions, and how to build engaging campaigns for various customer targets for successful execution.
  • Identify and prioritize best ROI activities to gain mindshare across Government ecosystem targets.  (Federal Civilian agency, Defense, Intel, LE).  
  • Manage multiple ABM (Account Based Marketing) campaigns to reach identified targets. Content needs are nuanced by ICP to maintain relevancy. Can think across mediums for individual campaign success and make data driven decisions.
  • Proven writing skills required to support all activities. Lead on award submissions and customer storytelling. 
  • Identify supporting paid campaign efforts across advertising, digital, outdoor landscape.
  • Collaborate  with other stakeholders to develop content to support GTM strategic efforts including sales collateral, blogs, articles, presentations, and whitepapers.  
  • Manage website development and digital execution across social media channels including SEO/paid search.  
  • Be a brand steward to ensure projects align to brand standards and are appropriately prioritized and completed on time and on budget. 
  • Partner with the Events team to ensure we are engaging with target customers in the appropriate content and messaging for greatest impact.
  • Continuously suggest ideas to uplevel the brand in new & expanding markets. 
  • Measure impact of efforts including web, social, campaign performance, and traditional media – digesting data, synthesizing it for executives, and recommending data-driven changes.
  • Management of external vendors, contractors, agencies to ensure projects land within budget, on time and meet KPIs.

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study (marketing, advertising, business, etc)
  • 10+ years of relevant experience developing and execution multi-modal marketing campaigns at a high-growth and fast paced company 
  • Industry experience working on Government and Defense programs
  • Experienced at collaborating and influencing team members at various levels throughout the organizational structure (peers to C-suite executives) to collaborate and drive decisions
  • Think strategically, execute tactically, and manage budgets
  • Distill highly complex technological language into compelling and easy to understand content 
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • U.S. Citizen and/or Permanent Resident (future security clearance may be required)

Desired Qualifications 

  • Experience with CRM and ABM platforms
  • Knowledge of HTML and/or content management systems (Highspot, Wordpress, etc) 
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and LinkedIn campaigns. 
  • Proficiency in Sprout Social or similar social media scheduling tools 
  • Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Notion or other project management tools 
  • Ability to make creative edits in Lucid and Adobe Creative Suite

Salary range: $100,000 - $160,000
