The Sales Operations team is the critical hub of Comcast’s commercial organization, driving alignment and performance across Sales, Finance, Product, and Technology. We operate in a highly collaborative, process-driven environment where precision, partnership, and execution are essential to success.
- Lead and manage a high-performing two-person Sales Operations team
- Partner with Sales and Finance leadership on forecasting and revenue recognition
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across commercial functions
- Serve as a power user of Excel and other sales tools to analyze data and support decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Technology teams to align on strategic initiatives
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement scalable solutions
- 7-10 years of proven experience in Sales Operations or related roles
- Strong financial acumen and experience with forecasting and revenue processes
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with CRM and sales enablement tools
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-focused
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across executive and cross-functional teams

Primary Location Pay Range: $123,760.77 - $185,641.16Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
