The Transformation Office (TO) Senior Manager, Project and Change Management will oversee the development and execution of integrated project plans and change management strategies for key initiatives within the Transformation Office. This role collaborates with various stakeholders across the organization, leading projects and delivering solutions that embed change and ensure project success.

The work for the Sr Manager Project and Change Management position is completely remote anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories. 

  • Plan and Deliver Organizational Change: Lead the planning, execution, and sustainment of complex change initiatives that accelerate adoption, increase business readiness, and deliver measurable business results. Anticipate barriers, address resistance, and ensure changes are embedded into day-to-day operations. 
  • Lead Project Delivery and Execution: Build, manage, and execute integrated project plans that align business objectives, milestones, dependencies, resources, governance, budgets, and success measures. Drive accountability, decisions, remove obstacles, and ensure initiatives achieve intended outcomes and business impact. 

  • Influence Leaders and Drive Alignment: Partner with leaders at all levels to build commitment, navigate competing priorities, make informed decisions, and maintain focus on achieving strategic objectives. Act as a trusted advisor, challenging assumptions and advancing solutions that improve results.  

  • Support Cross-Functional Execution: Mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives. Establish accountability, coordinate across stakeholders, manage interdependencies, and maintain momentum in fast-paced and evolving environments.  

  • Build Organizational Capability: Strengthen organizational effectiveness by coaching leaders, developing talent, and advancing project and change management capabilities. Create and enhance standards, tools, frameworks, and best practices that enable consistent execution and sustainable results.  

  • Measure Impact and Drive Continuous Improvement: Establish success measures, evaluate adoption and business performance, and use data-driven insights to improve execution, strengthen outcomes, and increase organizational effectiveness. 

 

SUPERVISION 

  • No direct supervision responsibilities.  

 

RELATIONSHIPS 

  • Internal:   Interacts with Transformation Office leaders, Operations & Commercial Excellence teams, Operations & Commercial functional leads, Support Office Leads (e.g. Finance, HR, IT) and field staff. 

  • External:  Vendors 

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT (Select one) 

  • Remote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment with occasional travel to the Rosemont Office. 

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS  

  • Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives and driving organizational change that delivers measurable business results. 

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and build credibility with leaders at all levels of the organization. 

  • Strong understanding of business strategy, operating models, organizational design, and the factors that drive organizational performance. 

  • Knowledge of contemporary organizational change methodologies and engagement strategies. 

  • Ability to navigate complex and diverse situations, comfortable with ambiguity. 

  • Creative problem-solving skills for addressing organizational resistance to change. 

  • Strong coordination and planning skills for managing scheduling, resources, scope, budget, risks/issues, and communication. 

  • Experience in building and nurturing cross-functional relationships to align actions, share resources, and accomplish goals. 

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and anticipate risks. 

  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, driving adoption, organizational performance, and measurable business outcomes. 

  • Proficient with project management tools, MS-Project and/or other project management software and Microsoft Office applications 

  • Up to 25% Travel 

 

 

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.  

 

CERTIFICATIONS/TRAINING 

  • Certification in change management preferred (e.g PROSCI) 

  • Certification in project management preferred (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CPM, CSM, or PMI-ACP). 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Experience in internal or external consulting with associated skills (project management, influencing skills, relationship management).

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds).  The expected base rate for this role is between

$110,000 - $175,000
