About the Position

This is a pivotal moment at Keyfactor as we evolve into a dynamic, multi-product platform. As Senior Manager of Product Marketing, you will step into a high-impact, player-coach role—shaping our go-to-market approach, mentoring a growing team, and directing initiatives that accelerate growth and sharpen our competitive edge.

You will own product marketing across our expanding portfolio, ensuring positioning, messaging, and enablement are tightly aligned. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Enablement, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver campaigns and programs that directly impact pipeline, win rates, and customer retention and expansion.

This is a unique opportunity to build a world class Product Marketing function at a high-growth, profitable company recognized as a leader in Digital Trust.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Coach: Manage and scale a high-performing team of product marketers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Balance Strategy & Execution: Operate as a player-coach—balancing strategic leadership and direction with hands-on execution.
  • Own Product GTM: Drive go-to-market strategy and execution across a suite of evolving solutions. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to launch products and solutions to market.
  • Craft and Evolve Product Messaging: Lead the development and evolution of differentiated value-driven messaging and positioning that clearly communicates the benefits of our platform to target personas and markets.
  • Product Partnership & Influence: Forge a strong, collaborative partnership with Product and Technology teams to influence roadmap and streamline launch processes.
  • Measure and Drive Success: Define product marketing KPIs and lead efforts to continuously refine.
  • Scale PMM Processes: Define and operationalize scalable product marketing workflows to ensure consistency and impact across all initiatives, including product go-to-market, competitive intel, demand-generation support, sales enablement and collateral, and tech partner marketing.

Skills and Qualifications

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
  • You have at least 7-10 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
  • You have proven experience in managing and mentoring a high-performing team
  • You have succeeded in both strategic leadership and hands-on execution of high-impact programs
  • You’re able to manage projects effectively, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve
  • You have deep experience in go-to-market planning, product launches, messaging and positioning, and competitive intel
  • You are comfortable with driving change and testing new, innovative marketing approaches
  • You have excellent communication skills—you know how to craft a narrative, influence cross-functional teams, and present with clarity and confidence
  • You have a strong proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into compelling stories and messaging
  • You have familiarity or experience in cybersecurity and/or identity

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
