About the Role:
CrowdStrike’s Marketing & Growth Analytics team is seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Manager, Marketing & SDR Analytics to lead a team that supports Marketing and SDR strategy and execution. This leader will play a critical role in turning data into insights through analytics translation, data visualization, and stakeholder enablement. You will partner directly with Marketing and SDR executive leadership to drive business decisions with data. In addition, you’ll collaborate across key teams—including Sales, Alliances, Finance, and Product—to ensure reporting consistency and alignment across the go-to-market (GTM) organization. The ideal candidate identifies as an analytics translator—a strategic thinker with excellent business acumen, strong communication skills, and deep experience working with senior executives (VP and above) in a large B2B SaaS environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead a team of analysts to deliver insights and reporting in support of Marketing and SDR goals.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders.
Set company-wide pipeline generation targets in partnership with GTM leadership and build reverse waterfall models to align activities with revenue goals.
Design and maintain reporting solutions that drive visibility and accountability across the funnel.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of key KPIs and metrics definitions.
Drive adoption of self-serve analytics tools and improve stakeholder data literacy across the GTM organization.
Identify opportunities to optimize lead flow, attribution, and campaign performance through data.
What You’ll Need:
8+ years of experience in business analytics, with a strong preference for marketing analytics in B2B SaaS environments.
Deep understanding of multi-touch attribution and lead funnel reporting across the buyer journey.
Experience setting pipeline generation targets and building forecasting models that tie marketing and SDR performance to revenue outcomes.
Hands-on experience with GTM tech stack tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeanData, People.ai, Marketo, and UTM tracking.
Proficiency in SQL to query data, perform ad hoc analysis, and troubleshoot data quality issues.
Demonstrated success managing the full dashboard lifecycle—from business requirements to development, deployment, and training.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear, confident, and concise manner.
Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Tableau CRM (Salesforce Einstein), Figma, Snowflake, and/or BigQuery.
BS/BA degree in related discipline (e.g. Informatics, Economics, or Business)
