SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Market Growth plays an essential role in bringing Spectrum Reach's business strategy to life at the market level. Partnering with Sales, Activation, Strategy, and other cross-functional teams, this role helps design and execute go-to-market initiatives that expand client segments, uncover new opportunities, and drive measurable revenue growth.
As a trusted partner to sales leaders, the Senior Manager provides the context and clarity needed to connect corporate priorities to local execution. The Senior Manager will also contribute subject matter expertise to one of Spectrum Reach's core strategic pillars - such as inventory, sports strategy, political strategy, customer experience, innovative ad products, or reaching new audiences - ensuring strong alignment between field execution and corporate priorities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development and deployment of go-to-market strategies that align with company objectives and drive local market growth.
  • Refine corporate and regional strategies into actionable sales enablement plans, ensuring sales teams understand and embrace new priorities.
  • Partner closely with sales leaders to deliver insights, narratives, and tools that connect strategy to day-to-day execution.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise to an assigned strategic pillar, helping scale knowledge and best practices across markets.
  • Conduct market and client analysis to uncover near-term opportunities and inform tactical adjustments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address execution challenges, remove barriers, and accelerate adoption of new products, solutions, and verticals.
  • Develop presentations, reporting, and performance updates that provide visibility into growth initiatives and outcomes.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of market strategies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7-10 years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, strategy, or related industries, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in leading go-to-market strategy execution, sales enablement, or market analysis.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect corporate strategy to local execution needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage sales teams and mid-level leaders.
  • Skilled at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
