Job Title
Sr Manager International TaxAs the Senior Manager International Tax, you will be responsible for managing the company’s transfer pricing strategy, global transfer pricing obligations, and international tax controversy activity, as well as assessing, advising and recommending potential planning opportunities based on the company’s current and future operating strategy.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s transfer pricing policies, guidelines and strategies.
- Lead management of the preparation and review of the company’s annual transfer pricing reports required in each country.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare the company’s management fee calculations.
- Lead preparation of calculations related to other intercompany corporate charges.
- Collaborate with the company’s federal Tax Director to satisfy OECD-mandated reporting requirements, including country-by-country and Pillar 2 reporting.
- Prepare and lead audit defense of international income tax audits.
- Lead tax analysis and associated recommendations for movement of cash between global affiliates.
- Collaborate with tax leadership to identify and implement international tax planning strategies that align with the company’s business strategy.
- Invest in staff development, including creation and maintenance of development plans and goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts. Supports and helps to implement new ideas.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with other departments within the company, including serving as the main point of contact for internal information gathering efforts.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field experience
- CPA and/or CFA license preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of transfer pricing and/or international tax experience consisting of a combination of public accounting and industry
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience working with and coordinating work with third party service providers.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; intermediate to expert level in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication and mathematical skills.
- Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Target Hiring Range
Annual Salary: USD 126,034.00 - USD 173,297.00Actual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
