We are currently hiring a Sr. Manager of Infrastructure to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!
This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in one of our corporate locations in Utah or Arizona.

YOU ARE: A strong Infrastructure leader who blends technical depth with disciplined execution. You thrive in fast-moving environments, lead engineers with clarity and accountability, and partner across the company to build modern, reliable cloud platforms. You are decisive, structured, and excellent at driving large bodies of work to completion.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Lead the team responsible for cloud, hybrid infrastructure, networking, and platform services
Own engineering quality, architectural integrity, technical standards, and operational readiness of Infra platforms
Drive initiatives including modernization (EKS, EC2, VPC), Terraform IaC improvements, firewall modernization, DNS, certificates, and identity infrastructure
Manage core environments supporting production, staging, development, and shared services
Ensure secure, scalable, cost-efficient, compliant platforms
Maintain strong execution discipline with clear owners, deadlines, and accountability
Partner with SRE, Ops, Incident Management, InfoSec, and Engineering teams
Grow, mentor, and coach systems engineers; build a culture of accountability and craftsmanship
YOU'LL BRING:
7+ years in infrastructure engineering; 3+ years in leadership
Strong AWS proficiency (EC2, EKS, IAM, VPC, WAF)
Experience driving large-scale infrastructure execution
Strong understanding of infra security and compliance (SOC2/SOX)
Excellent communication and execution discipline
Preferred AWS certification (Solutions Architect or SysOps)
Preferred ITIL or service management experience
Preferred Experience in highly regulated, high-availability environments
Preferred Terraform / IaC tooling experience
