Senior Manager, HR Operations
The Opportunity…
Drive HR operational efficiency by identifying and creating process improvements through close partnership with HR colleagues, and by leading HR systems implementations and integrations delivered in collaboration with IT. This role serves as a critical bridge between HR, IT, and Systems teams to ensure scalable, efficient, and employee-centered HR solutions.
What You'll Do...
- Assist HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, Rewards) in documenting, designing, and refining HR operational processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and adaptability
- Lead HR process and technology change management efforts, including employee adoption, communications, and training, in partnership with HR Business Partners, Learning and Development, and Communications
- Implement HR operational process improvements and partner with Shared Services for execution
- Incorporate Employee Experience (EX) principles into process design to reduce friction and improve usability
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR systems and manage three additional HR systems SMEs
- Define HR system requirements and act as a liaison with IT to ensure HR systems projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on target
- Lead and support HR system integrations, ensuring alignment across HR, IT, and enterprise systems
- Identify opportunities to simplify or automate processes as the company scales
Who You Are...
- 7+ years of experience across HR, IT, and enterprise systems, with demonstrated success in HR systems environments
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and IT system implementations and integrations
- Proven experience partnering on IT delivery of system implementations and integrations from the HR perspective
- Experience partnering cross-functional delivery teams and managing HR systems SMEs
- Ability to translate HR business needs into technical requirements and drive execution through IT partnerships
- Prior experience managing or mentoring others, or strong readiness to step into a manager role
- Workday experience required
