The Role

HOKA is looking for a highly organized, execution-driven marketing leader to join our team as Sr. Manager, Global Brand Integrated Marketing – Lifestyle & Collaborations. In this role, you’ll bring the brand to life through bold, integrated, and consumer-first campaigns that stretch beyond performance—rooted in culture, collaboration, and style.

You’ll lead the development and execution of seasonal campaigns for both our inline Lifestyle product and global collaborations. From strategic brief to global GTM rollout, you’ll partner with teammates across Creative, Brand Comms, Product, Digital, Retail, and Regional Marketing to deliver world-class storytelling that expands how and where HOKA shows up in the world.

We’re looking for a strategic brand thinker who knows how to execute and sweats the details. Someone with deep campaign experience, sharp instincts around the sportswear and fashion landscape, and a proven ability to turn insights into action across global orgs. You know how to guide internal teams and external partners, find clarity in the chaos, and keep things moving. You’re collaborative, flexible, and energized by the challenge of building something new.

This is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of HOKA—bringing the brand to new audiences, new spaces, and new cultural moments around the globe.

We celebrate diversity--of your background, your experiences and your unique identity. We are committed to ensuring an inclusive and equitable workplace where all of our employees can Come as They Are. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the full marketing process for HOKA’s inline Lifestyle campaigns and collaborations—from strategic brief developing through concepting, cross-functional marketing planning, and  toolkit delivery
  • Develop campaign strategies rooted in consumer, brand, and cultural insight—ensuring alignment with seasonal priorities and global brand positioning
  • Guide internal teams (Creative, Brand Comms, Retail, Digital, Social, Ambassador) and regional marketing partners to deliver cohesive, channel-specific activations across North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Drive integrated marketing planning across teams—owning timelines, deliverables, shoot production, and campaign rollout
  • Collaborate closely with external partners, including creatives, brands, and agencies, to build campaigns that blend HOKA’s values with authentic cultural narratives
  • Manage campaign budgets, track performance, and lead post-launch recaps to optimize future campaigns
  • Lead on-the-ground experiential activations for key moments and product drops
  • Deliver toolkits and communication assets that empower global and regional teams to activate consistently and with clarity
  • Develop decks to maintain campaign documentation, calendars, and milestone tracking

Who You Are

  • Have 7+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing, with a strong focus on lifestyle, fashion, or culture-led campaigns
  • Have successfully led global campaigns from start to finish—across digital, retail, PR, social, experiential, and partnerships
  • Understand how to brief creative teams and guide them to great work, on time and in full
  • Are skilled at cross-functional collaboration and have experience navigating matrixed orgs
  • Know how to manage campaign budgets and lead internal planning processes with discipline and clarity
  • Are comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and collaborating across time zones
  • Have a strong grasp of cultural trends and a feel for the intersection of sport, fashion, and creative expression
  • Are a confident communicator who can influence and align internal teams and external partners
  • Are adaptable, proactive, and energized by building in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • A passion for product, lifestyle, and culture — and a desire to shape how a fast-growing global brand shows up in the world
