We are actively seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Client Onboarding. This remote position is located in US Central or Mountain time zone.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Global Client Onboarding (GCO), the Senior Manager of Global Client Onboarding is responsible for managing a team of high performing Onboarding Project Managers (OPM), in addition to supporting key clients and managing critical projects.

The Senior Manager of Global Client Onboarding gives day-to-day direction to the OPMs, including driving the attainment of team and individual objectives. This manager would provide regular reporting to senior leadership and assign duties and clients to the OPMs. Additional responsibilities include managing
onboarding for key clients and driving critical projects.

The Senior Manager of Global Client Onboarding would require excellent communication, negotiation, task prioritization and personnel management skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage team of high-performing Onboarding Project Managers
  • Manage resources in the role Manager, Global Client Onboarding
  • Assign projects, tasks, and clients to all Direct Reports
  • Drive high productivity in the Onboarding Account Management team through regular team meetings,
    plus 1:1 meeting with direct reports
  • Deliver regular reporting to the GCO Senior Management team on team metrics and SLA compliance
  • Provide Onboarding and Client Management guidance to the OPMs and colleagues outside of the GCO
    organization
  • Develop annual individual and team objectives
  • Deliver quarterly performance evaluations to OPMs
  • Support OPMs in Client Escalations and Drive Executive Communication
  • Lead completion of critical projects as needed for GCO organization
  • Manage Onboarding for Major Accounts as needed
  • Provide pre-sales client onboarding assistance for the sales organization
  • Ensures onboarding tasks are performed in accordance with documented ISO procedures
  • Ensure client information gathered during the Onboarding process is maintained in the Salesforce CRM
    system
  • Provide detailed and timely status reporting to all management as requested
  • Assure excellent client satisfaction with entire onboarding process
  • Identify and propose onboarding innovations and improvement opportunities
  • 10% Travel is possible  

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field

Location

  • Remote - US Central or Mountain time zone

Experience

  • 7+ years managing high-performing account management and/or technical teams
  • 10+ years consulting or project management experience working with enterprise ERP software applications, including strong project management experience
  • 5+ years’ previous experience in program management, project management, administration, or related field
  • 5+ years Oracle or SAP enterprise ERP software application implementation and/or upgrade project management experience

  • Ability to work in a remote environment

The general salary range for this type of role is k - k depending on skills and experience. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be based on several factors such as: a candidate's location, and the level of applicable skills and professional experience. Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.
